The service was FANTASTIC!!! Everyone was so pleasant, and helpful! They even continued to clean my car more after they brought it out. They buffed it and got rid of stains that were there prior to even coming there! They checked my tire pressure because they saw the light come on. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know with a need for collision service! GREAT job!

I don't give feed backs, but I just have to do this one, customer service is grade A, and the man that attended to me is so nice. I dont remember his name but he is jamaican, so if anyone goes there you might want to ask for him. My car was fix and washed clean in and out.

I can't say enough about the management and staff at this Gerber facility. They expertly handled auto body repairs after my car was hit twice this year by negligent drivers and treated me with kindness and the utmost professionalism during those difficult times. They were very nice from the beginning to the end from the adjuster to the body shop worker. They explained what they saw could be wrong and assured me they had it all under control. I recieved a call when my car was taken apart to when it was worked on and all the way till it was complete. Very good team.....

I bought my car in on Wednesday 27 November, the day before Thanksgiving and I didn't expect for my car to be done until Monday, but they got the job done the day after Thanksgiving. Granted it was just rear bumper that needed to be changed along with the absorber behind it, but they were very professional, fast, and pleasant. Al was very professional and gregarious! I would bring my vehicle there for voluntary body work, definitely!

SUPERIOR service and craftsmanship from start to finish! I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided to me, and that includes those who greeted me at the reception area, the lady who did the damage assessment, and the men who worked on my car (for example, the men were not satisfied with the first bumper that they received, so they sent it back and requested a second bumper be provided, which they accepted). In sum, a very, very satisfactory experience! I will recommend -- with pleasure -- Gerber to anyone who needs auto body repairs and/or auto glass service.

My overall experience with "Gerber Collision and Glass" was positive - from the time I was greeted by name in the parking lot as soon as I arrived (10 minutes prior to my appointment) to the time I picked up my vehicle. Upon my arrival to Gerber, I was given a friendly greeting by Al. We chatted briefly about the collision repair process, and I was introduced to Monae, GEICO Claims Adjuster. Monae, Al, and I inspected my vehicle together, and I was given more information about the collision repair process. They were friendly, informative, and answered all my questions. A few hours later, I received a voicemail and an email from Monae with my estimate. I was impressed with the quick response. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday, 8 November, and expected the repairs to take no more than a week. My estimate listed "days to ... repair" as 3; however, I know that there are many factors involved in a repair, so I gave it a week. On Monday (18 November) morning, I called and asked for a status on my vehicle. I was told that the part they were waiting for had arrived, and I should receive a call later that afternoon that my vehicle was finished. I didn't receive the "my vehicle was finished" call until Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday, I went to retrieve my vehicle. Once again, I was given a warm greeting by Al. He and I inspected my vehicle, and I noticed a paint chip on the left rear panel that they'd just replaced. He promptly took the vehicle into the garage to have the technician touch it up. Upon the next inspection, I noticed another and different paint chip. Al promptly had that one fixed too. Also, the technician touched up two other very small paint chips on my spoiler. I was impressed that the team went above and beyond. Also, my car was vacuumed and washed - a pleasant an unexpected surprise! It was a nice touch to end the collision repair process. The final paperwork process was simple and easy. The administrative assistant was friendly and checked me out quickly and efficiently. Overall, the process went smoothly, and I would recommend "Gerber" to family and friends. Thanks, again! read more
