From the moment I arrived at Gerber, everyone were very courteous and professional. I was contacted once my vehicle was brought into the shop for repairs. I was called several times and given updates. I was called on Friday and advised they were awaiting the vent shades for my truck and was offered to pickup my truck on Friday so I could have it for the weekend or wait until everything was completed. I chose to wait but appreciated the offer. When I picked up my truck, they explained what was done and my truck was cleaned, inside and out. I would definitely return to Gerber and would refer Gerber to others.

Gerber Collision has done a great job on my body work of my vehicle ... Last but not least AL is Great with customer service. . Gerber also kept me up to date with the process of the status of my vehicle. I recommend Gerber for repairs to a vehicle for repairs. Thanks Again Gerber Collision.

After some of the most troublesome times for us in the Gillespie family specifically involving this car accident, we have determined that one of the key ingredients for us to solve this traumatic time of distress was the always prompt help and assistance given by Gerber and specially Alex M. for which we would like to say thank you very much. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for going the extra mile in order to assure your customer that everything would conclude well. Gerber as a whole and again Alex was always responsive, always answered our questions, and explained what would otherwise have been a confusing and mystifying process to us. But he really went beyond the call of duty when he met with us in person to hand deliver our family vehicle we desperately needed. It was great to put a face to the name, too. The staff at Gerber Collision at the Laurel location were awesome! They were always keeping me informed about the process and they provided great customer service. I also appreciate the speedy fix and return of my vehical. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service was FANTASTIC!!! Everyone was so pleasant, and helpful! They even continued to clean my car more after they brought it out. They buffed it and got rid of stains that were there prior to even coming there! They checked my tire pressure because they saw the light come on. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know with a need for collision service! GREAT job!

I don't give feed backs, but I just have to do this one, customer service is grade A, and the man that attended to me is so nice. I dont remember his name but he is jamaican, so if anyone goes there you might want to ask for him. My car was fix and washed clean in and out.

They expertly handled auto body repairs after my car was hit twice this year by negligent drivers and treated me with kindness and the utmost professionalism during those difficult times.
