Excellent service from the time I arrived. I couldn't believe the fast repair service and the brand new look of my car. The convenience of having the Enterprise Rent-a-Car service on site was outstanding. Top notch service received from the GEICO representatives, the Gerber staff and Enterprise personnel. An overall excellent experience. I will refer this "Service Center" to relatives and friends. Thank you for an overall wonderful experience. My baby (2009 Toyota Camry) looks better than every. Great customer service by Ms. "T".( I don't want to misspell her name). She was able to get me in with urgency and Enterprise was waiting by so that I could make it to work on time. I was very happy and entrusting that she would ensure that my vehicle was well taken care. The team did a great job on fixing my repairs and ensuring I had the perfect paint match. I would definitely recommend them to others if they needed any repairs or services. Thank you Gerber Collision

I dropped my car off on a Monday morning to get my back taillight replaced, 3 hours later I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, I was unable to get my car until Wednesday, but they were very understanding. When I got my car I only expected the back taillight to be fixed, but Gerber went above and beyond. They washed my car and they cleaned the inside of it for free. I was so amazed at that! No other place i have been to did that for me. I have only been to Gerber one time, yet I recommend them to everyone now! The super friendly staff and the fantastic work is what will keep me going back to Gerber for all of my car needs.

I was in a little fender bender and received the recommendation from Norris Acura, the dealership where I purchased my car, to use Gerber Colision and Glass for the repair. The personnel at the Baltimore National Pike location in MD were extremely helpful and courteous. I dropped my car on 4/21 on my way out of town for the week. Throughout the week I received updates as to the status and had the comfort level of knowing that it would be ready when I returned. As promised, I picked my vehicle up on 4/28 wihtout incident. It looked like new. I would highly recommend this Company

I had return my vehicle to Gerber collision, to have my vehicle rear drivers side repainted, I would like to say that I was quite please with the outcome not to mention the employees as it relates to following up with me keeping me abreast of the paining process. Kimberly N. was excellent during this whole process, and is indeed a master of her craft. Thank You all involved, for an outstanding job.

My car need the rear bumper and quarter panel replaced. The work was done in a timely manner. The paint job looked excellent and the trunk lid was put back on correctly. This was the second time I had the back end of my car replaced and I can't express how pleased I am with Gerber's work. Al showed us the repairs done to my car. He was very friendly and professional and I was very impressed with him as well. If I ever need any work done to my car again I will definitely come back to Gerber.

I LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. JILL, MATT, AND BRIAN WERE ALL WONDERFUL. I WAS KEPT ABREAST OF THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. WHEN I CAME IN TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE, IT WAS PERFECT. I WAS EVEN ASSISTED IN MOVING MY BELONGINGS FROM THE RENTAL CAR BACK INTO MY CAR. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GERBER TO OTHERS.
