Tai at the front desk was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only is she very lovely in appearance, she is incredibly polite, respectful, informative, enjoyable to talk with and does a superb job of keeping people informed about the status of their vehicle. She is a MAJOR asset to your Company. In times like these, I don't often encounter such friendly and professional treatment when having services provided. Bruce was also very nice and very professional and informative so that I understood what would be done, when, etc. He was good in getting back to me about vehicle status. Two great people at a great Company! Give them each a pay raise!

Al B. and Cindy V. provided outstanding customer services. They went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased. They also made sure I understood all of the work that had been done on the vehicle. In addition, the car was clean when it was delivered to me. Finally, the representatives called frequently to keep me updated on the progress of the services on the vehicle. I highly recommended Gerber Collision & Glass - Laurel to others and I am a customer for life.

I wish to inform you of the professional competent, courteous service received by your team at the Washington Blvd location in Laurel Maryland. Kimberly realized the importance of my receiving our wheelchair accessible van as soon as possible and made it happen. The van was returned with the repairs beautifully done and Al and team cleaned the van inside and out....frankly I almost did not recognize it. My husband and I are so pleased that we have paid out of pocket to have the bumper repaired. My neighbors in the Russett Development are in awe of the fine job and promise to use your services. Thank you again for the courteous and professional service. This commentary includes the young lady and gentleman at the front desk as well.

I was referred to Gerber by Norris Nissan. I was a little skeptical since the body shop was new and didn't really seem like a part of the dealership. However, the estimate was very close to what the insurance company came up with. Jill was especially helpful after she noticed i have been waiting for Enterprise rent a car to pick me up for over an hour. My truck was done on time and delivered as promised and clean. Jill called a couple days later to see if everything was good and if i was satisfied. Nice Job!

Excellent service from the time I arrived. I couldn't believe the fast repair service and the brand new look of my car. The convenience of having the Enterprise Rent-a-Car service on site was outstanding. Top notch service received from the GEICO representatives, the Gerber staff and Enterprise personnel. An overall excellent experience. I will refer this "Service Center" to relatives and friends. Thank you for an overall wonderful experience. My baby (2009 Toyota Camry) looks better than every.
