My husband and I had an accident in Maryland and our vehicle was towed to Gerber. The staff kept us informed and everyone we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. In the confusion and stress of the accident we left quite a few items in our car. I spoke with Tasha on a regular basis and she was wonderful! She was always helpful and so very pleasant! Our items have been mailed to us and I must say that our experience with Gerber was enhanced by our dealings with Tasha! She is a valuable employee to you and a true asset to your company!
