My husband and I had an accident in Maryland and our vehicle was towed to Gerber. The staff kept us informed and everyone we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. In the confusion and stress of the accident we left quite a few items in our car. I spoke with Tasha on a regular basis and she was wonderful! She was always helpful and so very pleasant! Our items have been mailed to us and I must say that our experience with Gerber was enhanced by our dealings with Tasha! She is a valuable employee to you and a true asset to your company! Thank you for helping to ease a very stressful situation!

Everyone was very helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They always called to let me know the status of my card. When the job was complete Mr. Marshall and Mr. Barrett showed me a car that looked like it came off the showroom floor.

The service was all around amazing! Upon arrival even with other customers I did not wait, I was helped right as I walked into the door. The staff was very well trained on their job (answered all of my questions) and handled everything for me. All staff was friendly and genuinely prioritized my car. I got to meet the manager who assured me that my car would be well taken care of and repaired back to me in no time! Not only all of that but my car was back to me in less than a week! When I got my car back again, there was no wait, just my signature and they handled everything from there. The mechanic was friendly and walked me through all the repairs, he even cleaned my car inside & out! All around the quickest, most reliable and stress free experience I've ever had at any business. I'll definitely be back (hopefully with improvements, ... not repairs) and definitely recommending this business to others. read more
