They were courteous, competent, and even had a clean waiting room. They were willing to take time to answer my detailed questions. My car was ready well before their promised date, and the repair is invisible to me. I hope that all their locations are that good, and that they stay that way. The whole process was painless.

Work was excellent! Car was delivered when promised. It is hard to match black when a car has to be painted and it is 7 years old. But I can't tell the car was ever hit. It looks like new.

My vehicle looks great and everything seems to be working properly. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the office team. The site manager introduced himself which was very impressive. A lot of companies do not believe in customer service but small things like that mean a lot when you are spending money. My vehicle was completed as promised, not that I would have been upset if it had taken longer but I was impressed. I would reccommend Gerber to my family and friends.

I was very satisfied with the results of the repair done on my vehicle. The car looks great and you would never know that anything had been wrong. I was also very impressed with Michelle M. and Jill M. Between the two of them, I was regularly kept up to date on the repairs and they also helped to have my car sent over to Acura service to have routine maintenance taken care of while the car was in the shop.In was refreshing to work with folks who were so focused on keeping me informed and it was also wonderful when I picked up my vehicle (at the very end of the day on a rainy Friday) and Michelle and Jill were still there and took care of getting my vehicle back to me by the weekend. Great work and great service...thanks to everyone who worked to make this a pleasant experience.

Outstang job and top notch customer service! Kristina, Alex, Al, and Katie were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They all made this ordeal very easy to handle. They all displayed a true sense of pride in their jobs and it shows in their actions. I will come back anytime I need repair service even if my insurance company doesn't recommend this shop. More than pleased with the work done on my vehicle.

The team @ Gerber Collision in Laurel, Md was incredibly professional and the did a superb job on my vehicle. I was/am very impressed with the service;I drive by the shop every day and never would've thought I'd have to need them for collision purposes, but when I did, they came through BIG.

Al Barrett made sure that I was 100% satisfied with all of my repairs and I will recommend anyone to get their car repaired at Gerber. My bumper was hit twice and after the repairs, it look like a brand new bumper! Thanks Gerber Collision, you all are the best!
