I am used to auto shops being cold and impersonal. The people at Gerber Collision are warm and welcoming and from the second I walked in, they made me feel that everything was going to be taken care of and made right. This was the second time I used them for auto body work and as it was the last time, the work done on my care was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility and will definitely choose them again if my car needs work.

Awesome job. Al and Ivy were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowlegeable. If ever I should need body or glass repair in the future I will be coming back to this location in particular. Excellent Service and great work completed in more than resasonable time. I will be recommending this shop to family and friends. Thanks again guys! My insurance company (Ameriprise) was not in the selection above so I chose the closest one.

I took my 2001 Honda Accord to Gerber to for repairs after a collision. The front and side of the car was damaged and parts were needed. I found Gerber to be prompt, polite and professional. Not only did they provide me with updates regarding the repairs, they also provided me with updates regarding when the parts were ordered. I appreciated the cleaning of the car and would say Gerber went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure my car was returned in impeccable form.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service i received at the Laurel, MD Location. The 2 main people i dealt with were Ivy Mason and Al B. In my estimation they went above and beyond to be sure i was happy and satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Ivy was from start to finish very customer service oriented and most helpful during my experience there. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

This was the second time we have used Gerber Collision. I was not let down. The Gaithersburg, MD site has a very responsive, professional and respectful team. The workmanship is impeccable. They worked with my insurance company and had my car repaired several days before the promised date.

I came in for an estimate - and it was very quick. I felt confident leaving my vehicle there. After a week, the vehicle was returned completely fixed. The communication via email was perfect for me - frequent enough. I came away thinking Gerber was competent and professional. Would recommend to others.

Back in January I took my van to be repaired for body work. A deer hit me and damaged my front passenger fender and I had damage on my front bumper from an accident. I had both repairs done but the fender was after market that was replaced and did not fit correctly. I was not happy with how it looked. After talking to my insurance company they agreed to replace it with a an OEM. I took the van back this month to have it repaired and it looked great when I picked it up. I also needed a deadline met and Gerber was able to meet the deadline and have my van ready when I needed it. The gentleman who brought my van around even touched up my back bumper with paint as a courtesy to me which I very much appreciate since I am selling the van in a few months. It made my day when I picked up my van. Thanks to the team at Gerber on Ellicott City Drive ... for such great service! read more
