The staff at Gerber is wonderful and full-service. They are there early and expedite the rental process. They did promise an interior vacuum that was not done, but if it was not promised, I would never have expected it. I recommend Gerber for it's great service and quality work.

GM Mr. Harry J. and his team did give our car an excellent service which we have not received from any other repair companies before. Harry took our request seriously and made sure the service is done at our 100% satisfaction. Our car was delivered earlier than expected. The car looks so shining and so clean after painting and repair. Harry and his team made sure we understood every aspects that were repaired or replaced. The price is reasonable and the quality is great. My husband and I decided to marketing Harry's shop to our friends and we definately will come back if our car is broken, We went to Kenwood repair shop before which is cross Harry's shop. We have a clear comparison with different services. It is not easy to find a repair place as Harry's shop in this area. We wish we had come here much earlier.

We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Gerber. From start to finish, I cannot imagine a smoother repair experience. They seemed truly focused on customer service and providing the customer the easiest and most satisfying experience. They completed the repairs within the expected time frame. The repairs were will done and the car was returned to us in pristine condition. In addition, they kept us informed through the entire repair process. We would highly recommend Gerber Collision to our friends and family.

The Gaithersburg, MD location has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Being in the hospitality industry, my expectation level is fairly high. Unfortunately, I've had the pleasant opportunity of visiting with them on three separate occasions all within the past year so I have had the opportunity to come in contact with the entire staff and I must say they ALL have one thing in common, which is to exhibit outstanding customer service while exceeding your expectations. They realize that "customer communication" is a very important key to outstanding service, in conjunction with performing an outstanding repair.
