I took my SUV to gerber for a damage bumper and they did an excellent job. My SUV had been at another collision repair shop, two weeks earlier and I was not satisfied with their workmanship. I am so happy with gerber that now they are going to repair what the other shop did no to right.

Service and work performed at their Ellicott City location was great all around. Communication from the shop was excellent, providing me updates on the work being done twice a week. Work done on my car (Accident: 2010 Acura TSX) was very well done. A minor issue was found after the work was completed, but nothing major. A great shop all around and will certainly return for work in the future if I need to. Thanks!

I had my car service at Gerber Collison and the experience tha i have there was a good one. Matt E. was the person that helped me and service my vehicle. He was very helpful and even went out of his way and tell me how I could get my car early so that I did not have to keep my rental for and pay more money for three more days. This is a business that I would required my friends and families.

My car was in an accident, which was not my fault, and from the day of the accident to the completion of my car, Gerber was awesome! When I called them they treated me like I was the only customer. They got me an assessment appointment right away and had me in and out the door quickly. When it came time to scheduling appointment, they were very upfront that they were busy because they stand by there work. When I dropped my car off the young lady at the front desk knew who I was, called enterprise to have them bring me my rental and I was in and out. During the time my car was in, which was roughly a month, Gail called me twice a week to update me what was going on. Even if something wasn't going right she would still let me know. Gail told me if she wouldn't put it on her car, it wouldn't go on mine. It was peace of mind. They also sent ... email updates letting me know the status of my vehicle. So I heard from them a lot which was a good thing. They met the deadline and had by car ready a couple of hours before the original pickup time. All in all I had great customer service and my vehicle turned out great! The young lady at the front desk (I apologize I don't remember her name) and Gail were excellent and made me feel like only my car was being worked on. I have to say I have been in customer service for over 10 years and I have never come across such an amazing company. Harry was more than accommodating, he handled my car with great care and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy. The oft work and paint job was superb. I would recommend this shop in a heart beat and can not truly express how happy I am with Gerber.

Truly GREAT service! All personal were extremely competent, responsive to my inquiries, and very personable. Harry, C., and Whitnie were my primary contacts. My car repairs were performed quickly and perfectly. I will recommend this company and location at every opportunity! I even took extra Gerber business cards!

MATE'S customer service was outstanding!!!he worked diligently to properly install my daughters car seat back into my vehicle. I even offered him a tip he advised me that he was not allowed to receive tips.so the least I could do is give Matt 5 stars!!!

This is to let you know Gerber has resolved a difficult situation very much to our satisfaction. We recently had Gerber do some body work on the passenger side of the car as part of a USAA claim. When we received the repaired vehicle, we saw new damage to the driver's doors--both rear and back---which had happened while Gerber had the car. When we reported it, Gerber stepped up and agreed to fix the new damage at no cost to us. They not only agreed to repair the new damage at no charge to us or to USAA, but they provided us with a rental vehicle while the repairs were made. Further, because the color match was tricky, they repaired all dents on driver side of the car, including one that was pre-existing and that we acknowledged had happened long before this incident. They then painted that entire side of the car. We picked it up this ... afternoon and it now looks far better than it did before we brought it to Gerber. Kudos to them, and special thanks to Gary E., Gerber general manager, who personally worked with me and the Gerber team to ensure that the repairs were handled with particular care and customer service. read more

I can't say enough about the service I received from the staff at Gerber Gaithersburg they went way above & beyond my expectations. I was so shook up after the accident they helped arrange to get my vehicle over to the shop & made me feel at ease. They kept me informed via text & calls through out the whole process. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised my car looked even better than before it was in the accident. They had even diagnosed some mechanical issues I was having & were able to address them while already in the shop. Hopefully I won't be in need of their services again but I would highly recommend them to everyone.
