They were so nice. Give me a ride to my train station. Finished the work in four days, and stated a few minutes after when I was late to pick up my vehicle on a Friday at 5:30. The best experience. If someone collides with my parked unoccupied car a second time, I hope I can visit Gerber Branchville .again.

Highly Satisfied with this location! The experience was Great from Beginning to End. Interacted with Harry and Courtney the most, but Everyone was top notch, professional, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We had several companies to choose from by our insurance company, and I chose Gerber of Germantown. I made the Perfect selection. Would use them again or refer them in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Gerber Collision and Glass Germantown had down an excellent work and service. First time I was happy to see work on my car in a professional way. They took care of my car as if it was their own. I particularly want to call out Alex..this guy's customer service is phenomenal; he provided a level of service and attention to detail as if he had a personal stake in my vehicle, service like that is really appreciated.

Matt did a fantastic job on the bodywork and paint; his workmanship is on point and the blended paint looks amazing. Taylor made sure to keep me informed every step of the way; from when y'all first started the teardown, to the official estimate, to the repairs being started, to being in paint. She was very professional and answered all questions I had about status updates. I dropped my vehicle off at the Laurel location, but due to scheduling repairs were completed at Jessup - but I didn't have to do anything! Matt even brought the car back to the Laurel location which helped me out immensely. I have recommended Gerber to my coworkers based on my experience with Matt and Taylor, and I hope to never have to see them again (hehe) but if something does happen, I know where I am taking my vehicle!

I was treated like family. The customer service from both the front desk staff and the repair team was excellent. I loved my daily emails as well as daily telephone calls with the progress of the repairs. I received my car looking brand new, inside and out. My car was keyed on a Friday. I called my insurance company and filed a claim with them. With in a few hours of my call to State Farm the body shop already called me to schedule an appointment. Dropped the car off to the shop on a Monday morning and I picked my car up on a Tuesday evening. The shop called me multiple times to keep me updated on my car. Hard to find good service. They did a great job.
