Before stopping at Gerber Collision I stopped at another body shop and presented an insurance estimate. I was told it was way too low and parts would take 2 to 3 weeks to order. I went to Gerber on a Tuesday, Pouya looked at my estimate, went out to look at my car, said they were right on the money. He had to order parts which came in Thurs. car was repaired Friday morning in the time promised. Great Job! Great Service. Highly Recommend.

Alex was very professional and courteous. He patiently explained everything clearly during the estimate and after the repair was performed. He called me to come and pick up my car and was glad for me to leave the rental car at their premises. It was a really pleasant experience compared to other car repair services that have performed previously.

I am 56 years old. In all of my years, whenever I experienced a fender bender to a major collision, I have always gone to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to have any body work. This time I decided to go with a Blue Ribbon Nationwide Body Shop. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service, from the receptionist to the estimator, the quick appointment scheduling and the fast turnaround time way in advance of the estimated date of completion. I am also impressed with the help of contacting Enterprise Rental being there at the location and the fast pick up and delivery of Enterprise. Excellent Job Gerber, I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else, including the dealerships I have been to in past. Keep up the good work. I will be a customer for life.

After experiencing terrible customer service at Kenwood Auto Body in Germantown, MD, I contacted my insurance company to request another collision center for repairs to my vehicle. They set me up with Gerber near quitting time and the staff actually waited for me to arrive no questions asked. The Gerber staff were great, especially Nanette and Courtney. The guy that took the photos before upon arrival walked me to my car on pickup day was awesome as well and very reassuring that if I was unsatisfied in any way that they would square it away no problem. Thankfully, I was extremely satisfied and pleased with every aspect of the service that I received from this establishment! You all rock Gerber!! By the way, the update link with the photos of progression is an outstanding aspect of your services.
