Great customer service, speedy repair. My car was a recently purchased used vehicle with low mileage, so when they noticed marks on my tires, they did a complimentary tire alignment! They care about their customers and did a great job communicating with my insurance to make the process as easy as possible on me.

I have been to the shop more times than anybody should have to. And they have never let me down. They make sure I am informed on the repairs and are always ahead of schedule.

The folks at Gerber are complete professionals all the way around. They have gone above the call of duty. They are polite, extremely nice, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I hope that I won't ever need a body shop again, but if I do Gerber at Germantown, MD will be my shop.
