Great customer service, speedy repair. My car was a recently purchased used vehicle with low mileage, so when they noticed marks on my tires, they did a complimentary tire alignment! They care about their customers and did a great job communicating with my insurance to make the process as easy as possible on me.

First, I want to say that every representative I have spoke to has provided exceptional service to say the least. But I want to specifically note both Alex and Taylor. I have been to the shop more times than anybody should have to. And they have never let me down. They make sure I am informed on the repairs and are always ahead of schedule.

The folks at Gerber are complete professionals all the way around. They have gone above the call of duty. They are polite, extremely nice, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I hope that I won't ever need a body shop again, but if I do Gerber at Germantown, MD will be my shop.

Everything was fixed, and looks great paint and body gap wise as promised and on time and during the process were treating but very friendly and experienced staff. Sadly when our vehicle was moved to gerber from where it got damage, the tow truck driver who gerber DID NOT choose, damaged our vehicle by prying to door open and getting it on and off the flat-bed with no key but by dragging it on and off and when it was dragged off, was by, and i kid thee not, tying one end to a dumpster in gerbers back lot and dragged off of the flat-bed back on the ground. Luckily gerber was smart and nice enough to take photos of this happening, told us about everything and we started making phone calls to get this extra damage paid for and taken care of.
