I had great costumer service with John L. and gerber collision and glass. I recieved my car on time, actually earlier than expected. I recieved phone calls, texts, emails and was informed throughout the whole process. The car looked good as new. Although I hope not to have to use your service again, I have the comfort in knowing that I have such a great service to recommend or use if my car needs such services.

Gerber Collision & Glass in Germantown, MD took great care of us and our 2015 Highlander that sustained damage in a DC parking garage. We worked with Courtney and Larry -courteous and knowledgeable professionals who provided excellent customer service. We knew what to expect throughout the estimate and repair process thanks to Courtney's phone messages and emails. Importantly, Gerber completed the repairs earlier than the promised date and the repairs are warrantied as long as we own our vehicle, which is pretty great. From start to finish, Gerber Collision & Glass in Germantown did a terrific job and we couldn't be more appreciative!

Eric, the manager was Amazing. I had my car fixed almost year and half ago and my window wasn't right and I had a problem with it today. I called and was told to come in today and ask for Eric. He was super friendly and fixed everything within an hour. I would say that he puts the Wow in customer service. Thanks Again Eric!!

I have a collector's car that was in desperate need of repair and paint after years of road rash. I can't believe the incredible job the folks at Gerber Collision and Glass did for me! My car came back in "better than new condition" with body and paint work that's just incredible. The customer service was excellent too. I especially like the emails showing me pictures of the work in progress. My dream car is truly a dream car now! I recommend Gerber to anyone who loves cars like me. Thank You Gerber!

Pouya A. was very professional and thorough while repairing my Honda Civic Si. I am very, very pleased with the outcome of my car and would give 10 stars if it were possible. He made sure to update me as frequent as possible and let me know the true extent of what they were doing to my car. He found safety hazards and made sure to get it covered for me under my insurance. Truly amazing service and end product! I am 110% satisfied with my service and will recommend everyone to take their cars to Gerber Collision and Glass to get fixed by the very talented Pouya A!

Elena in her soft spoken mannerism, makes eye contact as she greets and welcomes each person entering the office. She does not leave customers standing and makes sure each waiting person is being served before starting a new task. WOW! What excellent customer service was rendered by Gerber Estimator, Pouye. I walked the front lot with him as he examined my vehicle and answered lingering questions about the needed repairs and was left with the knowledge that my car was in very capable hands. He was both responsive and knowledgeable, and kept be abreast of the repair status as well. Give my special thanks to this "father-to-be."
