I really loved the customer service, specifically from Alexander M! He made sure my car was taken care of, and walked me through everything. He showed me what they were going to do to my car, and ensured i was comfortable. My car was returned looking brand new and he made sure I was happy!!!!

Really appreciated the effort Gerber took, specifically John L, to keep me updated with the progress of my car. He called me several times as well as I received text messages letting me know the progress of everything. They made sure I was happy with the repairs that were done, so all it all, they made the experience as painless as possible.

The employees at Gerber did a great job repairing my tail gate and bumper. They fixed it in a timely manner and kept me informed of the status of my repair daily. When I picked it up, it looked good as new; they washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing their vehicle repaired!
