Had a great experience at Gerber collision in Jessup. John L. was my estimator, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend anybody to have work done here. Very clean shop. I was told my car would take 8 days, they had it done in just 3 days.

This is the second time in less than 3 months that I had to get my car repaired (hit and run while parked ). I was impressed with the great repair job that was done the first time. My car looked like it was new. Well when I was hit a second time Gerber Collision was the only place I wanted to bring my car. Both times my car was ready for me within a short time frame. The staff is professional and friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my car. Outstanding customer service I am happy my car looks brand new again. Thank you.

Support was phenomenal. John and Kelly were very professional and helpful-Gary as well. Their cheerful, but understanding, attitude helped keep our stress levels low during what is often a stressful situation. In addition, what was reported as a three day repair job, took less than a day - without sacrificing quality of work. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of work and care received from Gerber!

I have been to this location a couple of times, I must say everytime I go I feel like family. The staff is wonderful, well treated they explain everything to you from start to finish. I had the privilege of having Mr. John L. work with me, he was great. I had two claims back to back with the same car. Mr. L. kept me on point with my intial appointment. One claim turned into two claims two accidents back to back.

Everyone there was great, the ladies called me every couple of days to let me know the process of my car repairs and the gentlemen who walked my car when I first got there was great. He went over everything with me that day and told me that they would take great care of my car. My car was completed in about 13 days and it looks great. I would recommend your company to my family and friends if and when the need arises. Thank you to the staff from the front to the back, everyone was extremely friendly.

Bottom Line Up Front -- I like the way this place does business!!! Professional and courteous staff, fair market value (industry standard) pricing, two sizable waiting room areas, and a very well maintained facility. I was a little apprehensive about having my car fixed here because I usually take it to the dealer but this Company took care of business and my car is restored back to its former state. Honorable mention to Larry, Courtney, and Vanessa -- I like your attitudes and appreciate your help!

No one wants to go to a collision repair shop but Gerber made it feel better. Their friendliness, professionalism, and quality of work can't be matched. I was kept informed on the progress of my repair, and in fact it was ready before the date they said. Gayle Pugmire was so friendly and kind. She even gave me a hug when I left. This is the place to go.

I had an accident that left my car very damaged, and a good friend of mine recommended me Gerber Collision and Glass. I received a superb service since the first time that I contacted Gayle, she was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me all the way until I received my car. I have to say exactly the same of Gretchen and every employee that I got in contact at Gerber, they inspected my car in the most friendly manner, helped me to understand the documents that I needed to sign, kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. In addition, the job was done to perfection, my car looked like if it never was damaged and on top of that the job was finished sooner than expected.
