First, the staff was amazing. Tina and Kelley were the 2 employees with us from start to finish. Tina (besides being attractive), conducted the assessment in about 5 mins, provided me all the details to Kelley whom walked us through the work completed (on pick-up day) in an impressive 2 1/2 days (originally quoted 6 days). I also received a few calls over the course of the week letting me know the current status, which was nice. And the work is flawless (or either im blind)! I cannot even tell the vehicle was previously damaged! Would recommend to anyone.

We just picked up our Jeep. Thanks for your outstanding customer service. From the beginning we were greeted and taken immediately as we walked through the door. They gave us a time period for the repair and met that demand too! On top of everything else, they sent us texts and calls to make sure we were updated on the work being done. Had my vehicle repaired originally by the jessup location and unfortunately had an issue there, but the manager Kim had gone above and beyond to make the issue right, and in an incredibly timely manner. She kept me updated through the whole process, and did absolutely everything she could for me. This is a true example of a company that values employees that put customer service as their top priority. Kim has been phenomenal, and I unfortunately had someone back into me the other day, and will be returning to work with her and her team to fix the car again. The level of her customer service is what will continue to keep me returning to Gerber collision, and trusting them with the 2nd biggest investment I have, my car. Thanks a ton for all of your hard work Kim!!
