I must say...the whole staff here has been amazing. They were extremely courteous and understanding. Kristina, Ivy, Kim, Max, and the whole body shop should be commended for a job well done. They have to deal with customers who are upset in a frequent basis but due to their professionalism they make the whole process a very calming experience. There are no worries a customer has when using Gerber. I am sincerely thankful for the job they have done and will no doubt recommend them in the future. USAA did a great service by having partnered with Gerber Collision.

The staff was very professional, excellent mannerisms. They kept me posted each day to the progress of my vehicle. I was given a pickup date, yet it was ready ahead of time. I highly recommend Gerber, and if in Maryland again and I need service to my vehicle, this is where I would take my vehicle. Thank you for a job well done.

First, the staff was amazing. Tina and Kelley were the 2 employees with us from start to finish. Tina (besides being attractive), conducted the assessment in about 5 mins, provided me all the details to Kelley whom walked us through the work completed (on pick-up day) in an impressive 2 1/2 days (originally quoted 6 days). I also received a few calls over the course of the week letting me know the current status, which was nice. And the work is flawless (or either im blind)! I cannot even tell the vehicle was previously damaged! Would recommend to anyone.
