The staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. I was given regular updates about my car throughout the repair process and the job was finished early. An unexpected bonus was my car was vacuumed before I picked it up! This is my third time going to Gerber Collision and Glass. I plan to remain a loyal customer.

Recommended by my insurance company GEICO. My car required front bumper repairs. Dropped vehicle off first thing in the morning. Before I drove off in my Enterprise Rental Car I saw they had already started working on my car. Estimate completion time at a dealership collision shop quoted 5 days minimum. Gerber completed the work on my car the same day! I was in shock. Picked my vehicle up before the closed. The work was amazing. I would highly recommend and will use them in the future as needed. Thank you.

GEICO arranged for the service to repair my car after I was rear-ended, The staff at Gerber was friendly and helpful, and they completed the repair in the estimated time (i.e., same day service which amazed me) and did a very good job. I did not have to pay since the insurance company of the person who hit me paid. The price was very reasonable but would have cost more if it were not arranged for by GEICO. I liked them enough to use them again at my own expense in the future to repair some scratches on my car - their estimate for doing that work, which they gave to me while I was there and asked about it, was reasonable.

When I turned in my Jeep Patriot for repairs I could not have been treated kinder. From Mogan in customer service, Hector who took all the information & Gary who assured me I could count on him to give me updates as needed. The work was done so quickly, it was not necessary for me to get a rental. I appreciate all the extra touches in caring for my Jeep. Thank you for washing it, checking the tires, etc. I noticed.

When auto body repairs are required for one of our vehicles, I never consider going anywhere except Gerber. They're the best -- wonderful, courteous "front office" folks and the best of craftsmen.

No sane individual like auto collisions/accidents and I definitely don't. Neither do I enjoy the process of repair. Usually, it's just an additional inconvenience, but not with Gerber in Jessup for my auto repair. They exemplify everything you would hear from a captivating auto collision commercial.
