When I turned in my Jeep Patriot for repairs I could not have been treated kinder. From Mogan in customer service, Hector who took all the information & Gary who assured me I could count on him to give me updates as needed. The work was done so quickly, it was not necessary for me to get a rental. I appreciate all the extra touches in caring for my Jeep. Thank you for washing it, checking the tires, etc. I noticed.

'Always a distinct pleasure to work with the folks @ Gerber!! The very best of service in all facets -- from start to finish -- is the "norm" for the folks @ Gerber. When auto body repairs are required for one of our vehicles, I never consider going anywhere except Gerber. They're the best -- wonderful, courteous "front office" folks and the best of craftsmen.

No sane individual like auto collisions/accidents and I definitely don't. Neither do I enjoy the process of repair. Usually, it's just an additional inconvenience, but not with Gerber in Jessup for my auto repair. They exemplify everything you would hear from a captivating auto collision commercial.

Your team and the service provided was excellent. Quick repair of my vehicle and timely communication throughout. I was especially impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and follow up provided by the young lady with very blonde hair (I unfortunately didn't note her name -- service was provided on 4/11) who took the time to do the intake process with me . She was fantastic! Eric was also impressive -- he took the time to explain the damage and estimated repair time and immediately put me at ease that my vehicle was in very good hands. You have a great team and I'd highly recommend Gerber/Laurel to anyone.

My Acura TL hit the wall of my friend's house. GEICO arranged us to Gerber Collision to repair the car. The service is great: (1) Receptionist is so warm in helping our problems. She even came to my home with me so she can help driving my car back to Gerber for repair. (2) The estimate is very accurate and precise. (3) The work done is great, including cleaning the outside and inside of the car. (4) The repair work is done in only 4 days, including body work. (5) I feel so happy to work with Gerber. I don't want to visit Gerber again if possible (you know I don't want to have another car accident), but will definitely go there and recommend friends to be there if needed.

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Kelly and Taylor of Gerber Collision in Jessup, MD. I have interfaced with countless auto body representatives over my lifetime. Without a doubt, Kelly and Taylor has been the best auto reps I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to them, they was professional and responded to me quickly regarding my auto body repair. They worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through with me on every move. Everything they did was honest, straight forward and delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my vehicle as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer. I sincerely hope Gerber Collision will work to hire employees like Kelly and Taylor to represent their excellence.
