I just have to say that the customer service was A+ top notch. Not only was my car returned to me washed, vacuumed and in perfect condition, the staff members are kind, funny, attentive and personable. And to add the cherry on top, they went above and beyond to offer me services (free of charge) after our business was completed. I have had several car accidents which required body work to my vehicles but NO other company has been so gracious and kind. Thank you Gerber!! I am a customer for life.

Recommended by my insurance company GEICO. My car required front bumper repairs. Dropped vehicle off first thing in the morning. Before I drove off in my Enterprise Rental Car I saw they had already started working on my car. Estimate completion time at a dealership collision shop quoted 5 days minimum. Gerber completed the work on my car the same day! I was in shock. Picked my vehicle up before the closed. The work was amazing. I would highly recommend and will use them in the future as needed. Thank you.

GEICO arranged for the service to repair my car after I was rear-ended, The staff at Gerber was friendly and helpful, and they completed the repair in the estimated time (i.e., same day service which amazed me) and did a very good job. I did not have to pay since the insurance company of the person who hit me paid. The price was very reasonable but would have cost more if it were not arranged for by GEICO. I liked them enough to use them again at my own expense in the future to repair some scratches on my car - their estimate for doing that work, which they gave to me while I was there and asked about it, was reasonable.
