I was very impressed with the receptionist, the Geico rep and the Enterprise representative, not to mention the excellent body work on my car. The process was seamless.! From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with Gerber Collision and Glass and my repair was done in exactly 7 days from the date of the accident. I submitted my request for an appointment online after business hours and received a confirmation call that night. The repair estimate was very fair, the work well done and finished when promised. This is the first time I have had such quick service and everyone that I spoke with throughout the process was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return in the event that I need collision or glass repair in the future. Thank you!

My fix was done in just 2 days! I was very impressed with how quickly you were able to get my vehicle back to me. And it looks as good as new. You kept me informed of the status daily and everyone was so flexible on anything I needed (such as removing some decals off the side of the car). Highly recommend!

I brought my G8 in and had some minor work done recently and I was very pleased with the service. The paint looks amazing and I had to hood fixed as well. What really stood out to me was a gentleman named Maxwell. When I came to get my car he walked me through the repair and explained to me that the car has been in an accident before! I had no idea! He assured me that everyone there did their best to make sure the car came out perfect. As someone who is very picky about my car, it was exellent to see another car enthusiast really take charge and take care of a car as though it were his own. Great job Gerber!!

Billy and I always receive top notch customer service at Gerber. And this time was no different. Kelly and Taylor were AWESOME!!!!! They both were always happy to help me and my husband with anything that we asked. Love them. John was great also!!! He made sure I had my wheel alignment paperwork with me before I left. My husband and myself will NEVER go anywhere else for our auto body repairs. This team ranks a whopping 100 in our book! Keep up the good work ladies and gentleman. :)

I have used this location many times for collision repairs. The work is top notch! They get your vehicle completed by the date promised at drop off. They keep you well informed of their progress at all times. The staff is always polite, courteous and helpful from the front office staff to the managers. The service technicians do great work and Gary always stands behind their work. Eric is exceptional and a great asset to the company. He takes the time to answer all your questions and always is professional. I always feel like a part of the family when I am there. Always greeted with a smile! The convenience of having Enterprise Leasing adjoining the body shop is also a plus! I have dealt with this location since before they became a part of the Gerber Collision family.
