The ladies at the front desk are very outgoing and both deserve a raise. Kelly, , was on her way to a doctors appointment Friday & offered to move my vehicle before leaving & it was past time for her to go.

My fix was done in just 2 days! I was very impressed with how quickly you were able to get my vehicle back to me. And it looks as good as new. You kept me informed of the status daily and everyone was so flexible on anything I needed (such as removing some decals off the side of the car). Highly recommend!

I brought my G8 in and had some minor work done recently and I was very pleased with the service. The paint looks amazing and I had to hood fixed as well. What really stood out to me was a gentleman named Maxwell. When I came to get my car he walked me through the repair and explained to me that the car has been in an accident before! I had no idea! He assured me that everyone there did their best to make sure the car came out perfect. As someone who is very picky about my car, it was exellent to see another car enthusiast really take charge and take care of a car as though it were his own. Great job Gerber!!

Billy and I always receive top notch customer service at Gerber. And this time was no different. Kelly and Taylor were AWESOME!!!!! They both were always happy to help me and my husband with anything that we asked. Love them. John was great also!!! He made sure I had my wheel alignment paperwork with me before I left. My husband and myself will NEVER go anywhere else for our auto body repairs. This team ranks a whopping 100 in our book! Keep up the good work ladies and gentleman. :)

I have used this location many times for collision repairs. The work is top notch! They get your vehicle completed by the date promised at drop off. They keep you well informed of their progress at all times. The staff is always polite, courteous and helpful from the front office staff to the managers. The service technicians do great work and Gary always stands behind their work. Eric is exceptional and a great asset to the company. He takes the time to answer all your questions and always is professional. I always feel like a part of the family when I am there. Always greeted with a smile! The convenience of having Enterprise Leasing adjoining the body shop is also a plus! I have dealt with this location since before they became a part of the Gerber Collision family.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work done. When they determined something else needed repairs they contacted me and gave me updates several times a day. Taylor and Kelly called enterprise to pick me up so I would have to do it. They were both very professional and informative! Customer service was superior which is hard to find now a days!

We brought in our 2011 Nissan Pathfinder after a minor fender bender with our neighbor. Edgar help us out through out the process and was a true professional. Keeping us updated at all times and had the car ready for us in a matter of days. The quality of work was great the car looks as good as new. I wouldn't hesitate to comeback to Gerber or recommended to my peers.

Having my vehicle side swiped on a Friday night isn't exactly how I planned my weekend to start and dealing with the different insurance companies turned out to be an even bigger pain. However, the silver lining to everything was simply taking my vehicle to Gerber. Harry was very pleasant and informative in regards to my repairs and Courtney would call constantly to keep me informed and I also got daily picture of my vehicle while it was in the shop. However, all good things must come to an end and this time it was earlier than I was informed (which is great) I got my vehicle right in time for the weekend and looking better than before my accident! They even buffed out a few other scratches that weren't even related to the accident.
