Only accident I have had in 30 years and can this process was absolutely fabulous! From the moment I walked in, rental car delivery, detailed process throughout the repairs, pictures of vehicle during repairs and final pickup was flawless. I have never gone a company's website to provide feedback before, but the experience I had at Gerber Collision in Ellicott City on Ellicott Center Drive was so extraordinary that I had to do it. One of my children had a minor incident with the garage door which bent in the front fender of my car just enough that the passenger door would not open. Because the car has a lot of miles on it, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it, so I went to Gerber and asked what they recommended. Everyone I encountered there was so helpful it was amazing. They not only suggested a very practical solution, but they also addressed the problem while I waited and the charge was incredibly reasonable. As a maintenance professional, who has commanded two aircraft maintenance squadrons in the US Air Force, I am extremely impressed by the team at your Gambrills, Maryland facility. They restored my vehicle both mechanically and cosmetically to a "like new" state. I felt like I was receiving my vehicle back from a vehicle spa. If I need any restoration work done in the future it will be done by the "Gambrills Team". I was kept in the loop every step of the way through vehicle pickup. Everyone was so nice! Service was great and quick. The two ladies at the Front Desk were great!! They constantly kept in contact with me through text about the status of my car. The whole process was very smooth and good. My car was finished faster than expected. Even the car rental process was very very good Mike did a good job.
