Repairs were done in reasonable time and very professionally. The staff has been very courteous, they smiled, knowledgeable about the whole process and this made a world of difference. When I went to collect my truck after the repairs, I was attended to by Morgan who took time to walk me out to the vehicle and went over the inspection with me smiling all the time and asking if I was satisfied with the repairs, I really appreciate that. Let's face it no one wants to be in a collision but these folks made a world of a difference in the aftermath. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fast and accurate estimate, easy drop off and pickup by rental car company. Gerber stays in touch, work has been completed early on all three vehicles they worked on. Work is professional, can't see the repair work. Have not gone back with problems on any repairs for any of the three vehicles worked on in the last two years.

When I dropped off my car it had a long swipe on the side and everyone in the office were very nice and greeted me right away got me on my way in 15 minutes. Taylor very cheerful and updated me via phone/text. When I picked up my car it looked great I didn't have any scratches or swipes on the car the paint job was excellence and my door didn't squeak, they definitely went above and beyond. Matt, Amy, and the rest of the service team at Gerber Collision & Glass did a fantastic job handling my vehicle. From the first point of contact to picking up my car once repairs were completed, they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. They estimated the repairs to take three days and were done in less than one. They left my car looking nicer than ever and I truly appreciate all of their help. This is a great team and a great repair shop and I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

What a great experience!!! From start to finish I was treated with such professional and preferential treatment. I was able to schedule an estimate immediately and Tony and the gang were able to take my auto right then. I was kept apprised of the state of repair by frequent emails and even received a personal phone call on the Friday before a holiday letting me know the status. I can't express enough how well I was treated. Thanks to the whole gang. I definitely will be a repeat customer.
