Mary and everyone else there did a fantastic job while my car was getting fixed. I was a little nervous but I was reassured and walked through the entire process. It was fast and effective. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision in Laurel to anyone!

Everyone was kind and helpful to me. Mary was so bright and cheerful., as was the person who took care of me when I brought my car in. The repair people even went the extra mile! Somehow, I had lost the fog light cover in my front grill. I had obtained a new one from Toyota, but didn't know how I'd get it put in place. The repair people did it for me cheerfully. THANK YOU!

Every accident my car has been in it's been fixed by Gerber Collision & Glass. I find their customer service is outstanding. No matter who greets me they all are respectful, pleasant, upbeat and readily to assist. This time here was the same, I appreciate Amber, Brendan (GEICO) and the other guy my husband spoke to who I failed to remember his name, please charge it to my head and not my heart. I thank you guys so much for taking care of my 2006 Avalon and fixing it to perfection. I appreciate it very much. Had a great experience at your establishment. My repairs were flawless (first and foremost), everything was done around my work schedule (and I work an hour away from the Germantown location, very helpful!), but most importantly the staff was very helpful, friendly , and knowledgeable (especially the receptionist & mechanic).
