Every accident my car has been in it's been fixed by Gerber Collision & Glass. I find their customer service is outstanding. No matter who greets me they all are respectful, pleasant, upbeat and readily to assist. This time here was the same, I appreciate Amber, Brendan (GEICO) and the other guy my husband spoke to who I failed to remember his name, please charge it to my head and not my heart. I thank you guys so much for taking care of my 2006 Avalon and fixing it to perfection. I appreciate it very much. Had a great experience at your establishment. My repairs were flawless (first and foremost), everything was done around my work schedule (and I work an hour away from the Germantown location, very helpful!), but most importantly the staff was very helpful, friendly , and knowledgeable (especially the receptionist & mechanic). I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my associates. Thanks a bunch!

Everything done as promised. Car returned extra clean on outside and inside. One problem is that a front floor mat was inadvertently taken and not returned.

I got my car back a lot faster than I expected, and Taylor was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me all the information I needed. I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never needed repairs before, but everything went surprisingly smooth and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much!

Just want to thank all the crew there at Gerber, Jesse, Harry and Larry. They did a great job an went the extra mile by checking my window which wasn't working properly. It wasn't part of the original job but they made the effort and fixed my wife's car window, the fuse was just a little out of place. A big thanks to all of you there including the people we didn't get to meet. Have a great weekend guys.

My experience with Gerber was outstanding. The staff at Gerber was highly professional and courteous. The staff seemed very eager to make sure as a customer that i was totally assured and satisfied. They kept me informed of every detail from the beginning to the end regarding the repairs that were being made to my car, and they made sure i understood every step along the way. The staff at your Jessup Gerber store are a representation of what you would expect out of a 5 star bussiness. If i had to have any collision or glass repairs done in the future, i would without a second thought, choose the Jessup Gerber shop for those repairs. I have never been more pleased with a repair shop than with Gerber (Jessup), and if i am ever asked for a refferal to a great repair shop from my friends and family, I would highly reccomend your Jessup Gerber ... read more
