Bumper replaced and paint is perfect. There was a miscommunication from the insurance adjuster, but Gerber fixed the problem very quickly when I came to pick up the vehicle.

OUTSTANDING work... Speedy turnaround... and most of all, customer friendly. This was my first time involved in a collision; everyone from Mary (who processed the paperwork), to Brian (who explained the work needed) to Eric (who reviewed/inspected the vehicle) was very helpful. I was astounded when I received a call indicating that my vehicle was completed (the very next day). I will note, Gerber started working on my vehicle immediately on intake. I recommend ANYONE (not just for insurance purposes) to give them a try. I've been to many auto shops, and this experience was very pleasant. A+ in my book.

The claims representative (Amber) was excellent and professional, and really helped me through things. The work was done ahead on schedule, but they were flexible enough to have my car ready when it was convenient for me.

I want to thank you all for a really great job. It started with a warm and friendly welcome. Then the estimator Chris was awesome, worked with me to get the best for my money. Next, the shop, Chris ordered the part the same day I was there and I dropped my truck off the next day. In the same day, they replaced my rear bumper and it looks like new. That evening I got a call from Gerber and said my vehicle was finished. Unbelievable! This shop runs like a well oiled machine. Friendly, they do great work and I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family for body work. I cannot say enough about this shop, it was a great experience! Thanks!

From day one the entire staff was excellent and explained everything to me. They promised to call every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on my car and they did. On the day that my car was ready, Kris was kind enough to come and pick me up from my home and bring me to the shop. Again I would like to say your staff is truly a asset to your company. In terms of my car, it looks completely brand new. Thank you for your service and if the need be, I would recommend or return for service myself. Thank you.
