On August 19, 2016 I brought my Honda 2009 CRV in for body damage repair work to your shop and was provided excellent service from Mr. Kris, Estimator. I was advised by Ms. Kelly on a daily basis of the progress of repair on my vehicle. Your mechanic discovered additional damage which made me feel my vehicle was in good hands and a sense of security. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which your shop serviced my vehicle and went the extra mile. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended, I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who needs Service in the future. I could not be happier with the service I received at this Gerber Collision. In three days, I had my Hyundai Tucson back looking beautiful. The work was outstanding. The car was clean inside and out. Everyone I had contact with at that Gerber Collision was friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend for body work on your vehicles. They have a fantastic working relationship with Enterprise car rental which made everything run so smoothly. Well done.

This is the second time we've went to Gerber for collision repair. On both occasions, we have been very pleased. The kept us informed of the progress throughout the process and the end product was perfect. Because of their excellent service, we trusted their capabilities to provide other types of service such as ding repairs. Its good to know that we have an auto body shop that we can rely on for excellent work.

I only came in to get my car's right rear repaired. But I got more than that. From day one when John contacted me, he informed me about everything related to the damage of the car. After all this, it was estimated that my vehicle would be ready to go in about two weeks. It took less than 3 days and Kelly called several times to inform me that my car was ready. Also, John and his crew fixed the scratches/smudges that weren't even part of the claim and they even cleaned the car! They didn't have to but they did it anyway. This is well above and beyond what I expected. Again, I only came in for the external damage. I can only say, "Wow." Thank you to John for going beyond what was necessary and my thanks also to Kelly and Taylor.

Robert was extremely kind to taketime and schedule me, even when I missed my scheduled visit. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention given by all who assisted during my visit. I plan to send a letter to the service location shop directly, but wanted to make sure that you were also aware of the FANTASTIC people that you have at your Germantown, MD location. While visiting a body shop usually occurs after a potentially traumatic/inconvenient incident, I have to tell you that from the second I walked through the front door, Ms. Jessica Savannah put my mind at ease and helped to make the customer service experience quite possibly the best that I have EVER had. She was courteous, well-prepared, and very knowledgeable. Your General Manager, Harry J. (who handled my estimate), could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Bumper replaced and paint is perfect. There was a miscommunication from the insurance adjuster, but Gerber fixed the problem very quickly when I came to pick up the vehicle.
