This is the second time we've went to Gerber for collision repair. On both occasions, we have been very pleased. The kept us informed of the progress throughout the process and the end product was perfect. Because of their excellent service, we trusted their capabilities to provide other types of service such as ding repairs. Its good to know that we have an auto body shop that we can rely on for excellent work.

I only came in to get my car's right rear repaired. But I got more than that. From day one when John contacted me, he informed me about everything related to the damage of the car. After all this, it was estimated that my vehicle would be ready to go in about two weeks. It took less than 3 days and Kelly called several times to inform me that my car was ready. Also, John and his crew fixed the scratches/smudges that weren't even part of the claim and they even cleaned the car! They didn't have to but they did it anyway. This is well above and beyond what I expected. Again, I only came in for the external damage. I can only say, "Wow." Thank you to John for going beyond what was necessary and my thanks also to Kelly and Taylor.

The entire service experience was phenomenal at the Washington Blvd location. Mary and Amber were excellent and very knowledgeable. Robert was extremely kind to taketime and schedule me, even when I missed my scheduled visit. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention given by all who assisted during my visit. I would love to revisit this location for any future collision-related work should I need it. Thank you!

I plan to send a letter to the service location shop directly, but wanted to make sure that you were also aware of the FANTASTIC people that you have at your Germantown, MD location. While visiting a body shop usually occurs after a potentially traumatic/inconvenient incident, I have to tell you that from the second I walked through the front door, Ms. Jessica Savannah put my mind at ease and helped to make the customer service experience quite possibly the best that I have EVER had. She was courteous, well-prepared, and very knowledgeable. Your General Manager, Harry J. (who handled my estimate), could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I was told when I scheduled the appointment through the national number, that I would need to make arrangements for the rental car, etc... both Harry and Jessica took care of this without me ... lifting a finger. Jessica's follow-up via email and phone were very professional, once again removing any effort or burden on me. Not only did the job finish ahead of schedule ,but Harry and his crew went above and beyond to clean the car inside and out... even wiping the haze from the from headlights. While the quality of work performed was top of the line, it is because of Jessica and Harry that I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of collision or glass repair. These two represent your company in the best possible ways and I hope that their effort and attitude is recognized. read more

Bumper replaced and paint is perfect. There was a miscommunication from the insurance adjuster, but Gerber fixed the problem very quickly when I came to pick up the vehicle.

The overall work was fantastic, but I was most impressed that they were able to save what I thought was a too-damaged front bumper and make it look like new! Professional and friendly service all around.

OUTSTANDING work... Speedy turnaround... and most of all, customer friendly. This was my first time involved in a collision; everyone from Mary (who processed the paperwork), to Brian (who explained the work needed) to Eric (who reviewed/inspected the vehicle) was very helpful. I was astounded when I received a call indicating that my vehicle was completed (the very next day). I will note, Gerber started working on my vehicle immediately on intake. I recommend ANYONE (not just for insurance purposes) to give them a try. I've been to many auto shops, and this experience was very pleasant. A+ in my book.
