The family at Gerber Collision ,laurel - OUTSTANDING !The customer service is beyond reproach . Not only do they make you feel at ease , they keep you informed as to the progress of your repair. I just got my vehicle back a couple weeks ago, not just on time as they said but actually early. Now the wife's vehicle is in their care , and though it would seem that right after someone ran into me and I had to go thru this I might be upset to have to put our other vehicle in the shop , but as I stated before - they have already called my wife to tell her that her truck should be ready for pick-up on Friday . Ya'll are the greatest - Gary you got a great crew !

I took in my car on Monday and received it back Thursday (original estimate was nine days). She (my car) is all nice and clean. The car rental place went to the wrong location at first (and I had a job interview I needed to get to), Gerber helped make that happen and even asked me how it went when I picked up my car (I was extended a job offer)!

On August 19, 2016 I brought my Honda 2009 CRV in for body damage repair work to your shop and was provided excellent service from Mr. Kris, Estimator. I was advised by Ms. Kelly on a daily basis of the progress of repair on my vehicle. Your mechanic discovered additional damage which made me feel my vehicle was in good hands and a sense of security. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which your shop serviced my vehicle and went the extra mile. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended, I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who needs Service in the future. I could not be happier with the service I received at this Gerber Collision. In three days, I had my Hyundai Tucson back looking beautiful. The work was outstanding. The car was clean inside and out. Everyone I had contact with at that Gerber Collision was friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend for body work on your vehicles. They have a fantastic working relationship with Enterprise car rental which made everything run so smoothly. Well done.
