This is my first experience with collision repairs at Gerber and I honestly have to give very high marks for the crew's hospitality, kindness, politeness, understanding and besides being very unassuming they are highly experienced, professional. Service here is fantastic. Not only they gave a fair estimate, which was way low compared to the dealer quote, they even reduced the final charges substantially when the job was completed. Manager Harry is nice and helpful. Front desk was extremely friendly.
