While the insurance company dragged their feet to approve my claim the staff at Germantown MD did everything to expedite my repair. As a second time customer to your business in Germantown I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the repair, Gerber will always be on the top of my list for referring anyone in need of auto body work. From the moment you step in you get white glove service much like you experience at high-end retail shops or with quality providers like USAA. Everyone from the front desk to the manager to the person who moved my car treated me like a priority customer. I've already raved about this location on Yelp and will be sure to recommend to others in the USAA network. For comparison the last in-network place I took it to didn't even bother to wash my car afterwards. I was impressed to find not only my car washed by Gerber, but waxed and cleaned inside and out. Keep up the good work -all of my future business and recommendations will come here.

Gerber is a winning team. Everyone was so friendly and assuring. I felt like my car was the most important and this ship works very hard at keeping you updated and MATT is outstanding service manger. A very nice pleasant employee brought me my car upon completion and KUDOS to him as well. I was in a hit and run accident two weeks ago and my insurance recommended Gerber Collison and Glass in my area. The tow truck took my car to the location and left it over night. I went in the mornong and brought thr keys ( because I kept them). I was sore from the accident and a little angry from the hit and run. I was greeted by Don and he immediately did his best to make me feel welcomed. He smiled and had tons of empathy. It really helped because. I was never in an accident like this before and if felt a bit overwhelmed. I was as nice as I could be and the people Jennifer and Ray were helpful as well. Don gave me an estimate of two weeks and 13 days later I had Gracie back! My car was not just fixed but it was CLEAN AND SHINY. This was also very unexpected. I would like to thank Rhiannon, Matt, Jennifer,and the entire Gerber Team for their exceptional work. They were attentive and efficient. The vehicle intake took about fifteen minutes (photos, insurance, and contact information). I received frequent email updates and the work was done ahead of schedule and professionally performed. It was like my car was never in an accident. I'd be confident to take my car back if ever necessary and I highly recommend their services!

The team at Gerber College Park is great. I had to take my car in after getting hit, and they were so polite and thorough during the whole process. First, Emerson looked at my car and made sure I got into a rental the same day so that I would be safe on the road. Not knowing much about cars, I appreciate that he was looking out for my best interest. During the process I received timely phone calls and updates to my car and they answered all my questions with patience. Even when I went to pick up my car, everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Having repairs done to your car isn't a nice situation to be in, but Gerber made it so painless. I would not hesitate to take my car there again if needed.

I was referred to Gerber by my Insurance Company because they are a preferred Body Shop that does high quality work that they stand behind and the Customer Service is hands down the best I have ever experienced dealing with auto repair.
