We've used the services of Gerber Collision & Glass for the auto body care of our cars for years and have never been anything less than "completely" satisfied. We had to call on them recently, and just when I thought their service couldn't get any better - guess what? - IT DID!!! The 5 star rating I've given them has everything to do with their receptionist, TAYLOR! She showed a level of professionalism that was fully loaded with genuine concern with customer's needs, a well-rounded knowledge of the services given, and courtesy that surpassed expectation! Taylor is so bright and cheerful, which is such a needed quality when your car is sick! This has been the most pleasant auto repair visit I've ever had. From my initial conversation with Lamont to the final pick up and explanation with Matt (and a piece of pecan pie from Gus'), this was easy, efficient and fair. I was recommended to go to Gerber by my insurance company because, I didn't want to go back to the dealer. I must say I was very pleased with customer service and the work that was done to my car including the vacuuming on the inside. I would recommend their service!

These guys do excellent work! I brought my car in for repairs on the top and both sides of the car from a branch falling on it. Gale was prompt and courteous with setting up my appointments and rental car. Todd was outstanding with his attention to detail and professionalism in handling the actual repairs. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the final job. I would definitely go back for more work and recommend it to anyone!
