I am thoroughly impressed with Gerber Collision. Chad was the gentleman I worked with and he was so professional and kept me posted on every detail as my vehicle was being repaired. I appreciated the automated calls as well. My car looked perfect once completed. Not only was Chad extremely professional but also the front desk office personnel were extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone for repair work. They were phenomenal!

We were involved in an accident in Abbeville, LA on 9/21/22 when an 18-wheeler hit the front end of our 2018 Chevy Tahoe. Our Insurance Company, State Farm, helped us to identify repair companies in the area as we live in Baton Rouge, La, about 67 miles away. We selected Gerber Collision & Glass, 6885 Johnston St., Lafayette, La and now know that we made the absolute best decision in choosing them. The office manager, Sherri, was always available and answered our multitude of questions with patience and efficiency. The employees were extremely kind and professional. I was rear-ended and my bumper was basically knocked off. The back of my car looks brand new now. The only delays were caused by supply chain delays due to covid otherwise they worked quickly to get my van back to me as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them!

I have been dealing with this location since before it was Gerber. They have always been reliable and good service. I recd. my automobile back in four days when they estimated it might be 14 days to more than 30days. The people are friendly and accommodating. They have a good setup with Enterprise Rentals.

Sherri A. at the Johnston Street, Lafayette LA location was amazing to work with. She showed such compassion when she learned of my husband's accident. After the accident, I was dealing with the tow yard and claims adjuster while at the hospital with my husband. After days of not making headway to get his truck to Gerber, it was so refreshing to meet the beautiful young lady I had been speaking to on the phone when I called almost daily to see if the truck had arrived. Her first question always was, "how is your husband?" I don't typically submit reviews but I felt I had to let you know what type of person you have greeting customers on the phone and at the front door. There was extensive damage to the left front of my Nissan Murano. The repair was a success and my car looked new again. I had to take it back for a couple of minor adjustments, but they were taken care of in just a few minutes. They were very professional and were great at keeping me informed of the repair status. I would definitely use them again.
