I was very pleased with the results and service of Gerber in Elmwood!!! They were quick and efficient and do great work and provided great customer service ! My overall experience was great!!! Molly and Jordan were great and went out of the way to make sure my car was ready even staying late so that I didn't have to wait an additional 3 days!!!

The insurance compaany anticipated 21 days for the repair but they fixed my car in 10! It was very well done and it looked even better than before. The gave great after care instructions and provided great customer service. Everyone was friendly and I dont know if it is normal but they even stayed open later so I could pick my car up the exact day I dropped off my rental. It was perfectly aligned!

From a next day estimate, to working with my schedule to have my car fixed while I was on vacation, I was completely impressed with their professional and friendly environment! I had an absolutely positive experience with my car repairs at Gerber in Kenner Louisiana. I am not only pleased with the repairs that were made, I was very impressed with the office staff and how I was continually updated on the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my car, the manager came out and talked to me which made my experience feel more personal. I would highly recommend Gerber in Kenner Louisiana on 22nd St.

Service was great from the second we walked in to the day we picked up our Subaru, bonus surprise it was washed! Our repair took three days! Wonderful! We will highly recommend Gerber to anyone!
