The repairs took a few weeks, but the customer service was great. They always answered the phone and were able to update me on the status. The repaired car looked gorgeous and wash freshly washed and cleaned. Will definitely go back if needed.

From the time I dropped off my vehicle for repairs, I never was in question as to how things were going on the repair. All the text, phone calls, I was at ease knowing it was in good hands. They gave me a date and made the dead line they gave. I am happy with the outcome and if I ever need again or know of someone needing the same will refer Gerber to them and know I did the right thing. Thanks

This shop is definately worth more than 5 stars, before i choose this place, i checked out 4 other places to see whats the soonest i could have my vehicle repaired, and returned back to me, and GERBER COLLISION was the fastest and most accurate,my vehicle got returned to me washed cleaned,and like new again.The communication was great, and the payment process was simple. So shout out to my adjuster, and all the mechanics, and technicians that worked on my 2016 nissan altima.Thank you all so much.I will be driving more careful now that it looks new again.?? ??

My car looks great and runs grear afterit was repaired by Gerber. It's restored as though the rear-end collision never happened. The entire staff - office and repair contacts - were very friendly. I was kept informed throughout the repair process, via text messages and the final phone call. I would have my vehicle repaired there again and would recommend to friends & family.

Speedy, efficient, and quality service! All the other shops I had called were fully booked at least two months out. Thankfully, Gerber Collision was able to take my car immediately and begin work the next day. All staff were helpful and kind.
