When I entered the office, I was greeted with a courteous and kind staff. I appreciated the updates while my car was in process. Tarran was very friendly and helpful. The timetable for the completion of the body work was completed ahead of schedule. The work was amazing. I also really appreciated the car wash and vacuum. It is the little things that make this company stand out.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality service I received on my 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I was greeted quickly, and our vehicle was inspected very shortly thereafter. I was quoted a price for the repair within 10 minutes of the inspection. I was advised that there could be some hidden damage, and if so, I would be immediately contact. I was and given a revised estimate, which I immediately accepted. I was updated several times during the repair. The shop completed the work 1 day ahead of planned for which I was quite happy. We picked it up this morning. It looks great. The warranty for work was discussed, as well as precautions I should take to retain the like new appearance of the vehicle in the area of the work. I might add that the folks at the Mandeville location are great to deal with and provide unfailingly quality service.
