I just wanted to let you know that I had the repairs done on my 2004 Hundai and must say that I have NEVER been so pleased! The customer service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass (fka Pearl Auto Body) at 205 3rd Ave Longmont was THE BEST I have ever had. Not only did they keep in touch with me through the entire process, they also took care of reserving my rental car and returning it. The craftmanship my car received was just that! I would HIGHLY recomend them for any insurance repairs or even if you just want your car fixed. Again, THANK YOU James and Nicki for going above and beyond on your customer service! You guys ROCK! Mel, I just thought I would let you know because you're my Insurance Agent :) and my car looks GREAT! Also, the guys insurance was SafeCo........ how ironic?

Gerber is fantastic! I didn't get in a collision, but my driver door needed repair as it was coming off the hinge. Gerber repair fixed it quickly and provided convenient transportation to/from work. So, I didn't have to miss anything that day! Thanks for great service! You guys rock!

Niki, I want to thank you personally for your customer service, your attention to detail, and quite honestly, your professionalism in keeping me informed on the status of my repairs. I rarely send emails like this, and take this to heart. I spent 20 years in hospitality management (General Manager), working for Hilton Hotels. It is rare to find someone like yourself. You represent your employers company with absolute professionalism and I truly appreciate working with you. Of course, each of every client of Gerbers is there because the second largest investment they have (most likely) has been damaged. No doubt this causes some grief to each person. I want to thank you for your assistance and I do, very much, appreciate your help. One of your reps came by today. I mentioned to her that I would be happy to forward an email that your ... company writes and approves to each of my customers. I do have a large customer base, I was agent of the year in 2012, and, I made what's referred to as Championship Club, top 2% of all agents in the US. my name is Dave K. and this week (10/8) your crew finished working on my mustang. I want to make DAMN SURE that you are fully aware of the tremendous and satisfying job that these people performed on that collision fix. From Kim finding me a door, to James writing it up, to Nikki keeping me up to date...You can absolutely rest assured that your body shop is in VERY GOOD HANDS. Then Ed handed me the keys after pointing out every possible point of issue with me. Because i asked him to; he re-painted a small area on the air scoop (not because it wasnt done right) and then he matched the color of the door precisely. I have been an artist for 35 years and i am an expert with paint. i can tell the difference in a couple shades...the color is absolutely spot on. It is very important to me that you know what an outstanding job these people do for ... your customers and then you make sure that they know that you know. You've got my business and anyone else that will listen to me. Congrats to you for having an easier job than what it otherwise could be. read more

You went over and beyond our expectations!!! Your auto body shop was there when the other body shops could not come through for us. We gave you such a short time frame to work on our car, yet you picked up and delivered our car in excellent conditions and on time. I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU for the wonderful service and customer support I received recently when I brought my car in to Pearl Autobody to have some major body work done. I was involved in an automobile accident that resulted in considerable damage to my vehicle. Although nobody was hurt, the accident shook me up quite a it. Then, even though the other party was at fault, her insurance company did not treat me very well. Fortunately, my experience with Pearl Autobody was amazing! It more than made up for the poor treatment I received from the other party's insurance company. Not only did you guys do an amazing job with the body work (you would never know there had been any damage), but everybody there was so pleasant to work with. My car was in the shop for 15 days, but Nicki (spelling?) called me every day or two to keep ... me informed of the progress that was being made on the vehicle. That was very helpful and reassuring! If my husband or I ever need body work done on our vehicles, we will definitely use Pearl Autobody! We will also recommend you to all of our friends and colleagues (which is why I took several business cards with me when I picked up my car)!
