I had terrible hail damage that destroyed the windshield, roof, hood, quarter panels, etc. Gerber did a great job fixing everything, I can't even tell that anything ever happened to my car! Service was really great too, they arranged a rental car for us and provided email status updates during the repair. If I need body work in the future, it will be with Gerber!

WOW! So IMPRESSED and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERBER! Not only was the job they did above and beyond my satisfaction, the customer service was phenomenal! Nikki was such a delight, so helpful and thoughtful. If you are still reading. I want to highlight the fact that the work I had done was not typical. I had an unfortunate experience with a criminal attack on my beloved vintage VW BEETLE. My VW needs to be treated with TLC, and Gerber did just that. The paint matches and my car was back to me in 4 days. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you pick GERBER! THANK YOU especially to James and Nikki.

WOW! was all we could say when we went to pick up our 2006 Honda Accord. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from James Chiles and Gerber Collision. It exceeded our highest expectations. Jim went way beyond the call of duty to make sure all paint matched... to the point of painting the fenders that were not involved in the estimate. However, he still gave us the discount for just buffing the fenders like we had agreed upon. The entire job was done with attention to every detail. Fit and finish make the car look brand new. The paint blends perfectly with the rest of the body. The damage was to the hood and front bumper, but I was amazed to see that the engine and everything under the hood had also been cleaned. He buffed the headlight lenses and had the car completely cleaned inside and out. We will definitely recommend ... Gerber Collision and Glass to all our friends. Thank You. Sal read more

"There is a phone message system that is very helpful. It gives a real time explanation of what is going on with the vehicle. The facility is very inviting and reflects quality: The building is nicely painted, the parking lot is clean and not cluttered, the office is so clean you could "eat off the floor:" It creates the perception that quality work will be done."

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my door. They even polished my headlights -- a $60 value -- for free! And the repair was done two days ahead of schedule! They provided periodic email updates, which were very helpful, and the office staff, especially Niki, were very helpful and friendly. They even took care of the rental vehicle. Working with the insurance company was as smooth as can be. Just paid the deductible without any hassles. Can't think of any negatives at all.

I am very happy with the repair job. The car runs smoothly and it looks good as new. They cleaned the car up inside out which really boosted my morale after having been involved in an accident. Nikki was very nice; she called every other day to let me know about the progress of the repair, and I got my car back a lot sooner than expected.

I was so pleased with the way Gerber and James handled my collision. They got to the job right away and did such a great job. You would never believe it had been in a collision. The paint job was perfect and no signs at all that it had ever been damaged.
