It is most discouraging when you parked your 2015 GMC truck is badly dented by a hit and run driver. SPENDING MY $1,000.00 DEDUCTIBLE WAS A SURPRISINGLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS. From the initial phone call to inspecting the finished repair, everything went smoothly. The staff was cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable. In fact, Steve, the estimator, (unlike estimators in two other companies) explained what would be done to the truck in detailed terms that I could actually understand. Also, the secretary at the front desk could explain procedures in a way that was helpful, detailed, and clear. Almost daily we had an update through email...again, well written and clear. Personal phone calls also kept us up to date with the progress on my GMC truck. Lastly, completion of the required repairs took a day less than ... estimated. We picked up the truck and quite satisfied, happily drove home in our once again "new" truck. read more

I wish I could give MORE than five stars for Gerber collision! These people are wonderful!! They made my whole repair process so EASY for me! From beginning to end they were as helpful and nice as can be!! The repairs are excellent! They went beyond what I expected and I appreciate that so much.
