Outstanding from start to finish! They honored the timeline, worked within my schedule and were extremely courteous. One stop shopping dropping the rental and picking my car up in a matter of minutes was awesome! I could not have asked for a better outcome to my accident. ON top of all that, they kept me up to date on the repair work all along the way, even though I told them they did not have to. I am a very happy camper!

Once again,Gerber has come thru with flying colors. The proverbial phrases "patience is a virtue" and "time is on our side" are certainly applicable in our situation. We had considerable damage to the front end of our 2012 Lexus in July. Gerber in Longmont co. was recommended once again by The Hartford Insurance company. Gerber employees Tech. Joe and Estimator Lisa P. did remarkable work. Lisa kept us informed of the progress during the whole process. While it seemed to take forever, she continually explained the problems and kept us relaxed. The final product is amazing. Great quality work. The Lexus looks new.In addition, Gerber did some repair work on My Chevy Pick Up. Another fine Job---completed in a week. I was hit by the Lakewood hailstorm in early May 2017, which totaled all the cars next to me. My windshield was cracked, paint chipped in several locations, and dents from the truck to the hood. Gerber was able to fix my car in two weeks! I couldn't be happier with the repairs! I swear my car is as good as new :) They even popped out a dent from a previous hit and run. Very pleased with their services!

My experience at the Longmont Gerber might be the very best customer service and speed of delivery experience I've EVER had. My (very) damaged car was checked in and delivered back to me in 36hrs. I'm still not even sure how they did it? Everyone there was friendly and more than helpful. They made this stressful accident experience seemingly painless; maybe I can forget it happened at all?! I can't wait to recommend this Gerber to everyone that will listen.

This is my second repair with Gerber. I have found the staff to be friendly and the results of their craftsmanship excellent. They are attentive to details and in both cases returned my car to a condition that was BETTER than what I expected.
