My car looks amazing! The staff of Gerber were friendly, professional and easy to work with. I was given regular updates about the status of my repair and it was completed quickly. You can't even tell there was damage. They even detailed the interior!!! Customer Service at it's finest!

I had a fantastic experience with the 2520 S. Pennsylvania, Lansing, MI location! Mike provided me several text updates for the auto body work being done on my Silverado, which were greatly appreciated. The shop is clean, welcoming and the office manager Stephanie is upbeat and positive on the phone and in person! Very pleased with the work and also so grateful they cleaned my truck, inside and out! I'm glad I was able to find such an amazing shop. The whole process was painless and easy. Ernie B was very helpful and was able to walk us through the whole process. Everyone was friendly and always so helpful when it came to asking questions. The turn around time was very quick! Best part was they always updated you via text what they were doing with your car. When I picked up my car, it was completely detailed which was a bonus! So grateful to have my car back and looking brand new again! Thank you gerber!

Damaged the driver's side of my Highlander pretty badly. Brought it here. They did an amazing job! Looks brand new. PLUS the inside of my car was exceptionally clean. Looks detailed. Very pleased with their work and service. Would highly recommend this place I feel like I'm driving a new vehicle.

Each individual I dealt with was friendly, courteous, professional - a joy to work with! Everybody put me at ease about dealing with my insurance company and having the repairs done. I pray that I won't need to have body work done again any time soon, but if I do, I am most definitely returning to Gerber at 2520 S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing MI. Great service! My car looks amazing after hitting a deer. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was clean and vacuumed. There was even some money they found put into my door cubby. I also laughed when I looked in the back seat and they had buckled my stuffed pink gorilla in for safety :) I would absolutely recommend this company!!
