I parked my car in a store parking lot and when I came out to my dismay someone had scraped the care in the rear panel and of course they left the scene - no note, nothing. So on the way home I stopped at Gerber in LaGrange because they had worked on my car previously. Rick came out took a look at the car and went in and got some magic potions and wiped the marks away. There is still a very slight indentation in the car panel but the offending black marks are gone and the paint has not been broken. Since the car is 10 years old and I am even older, I decided that do any further repair would not be necessary. I tried to give Rick a token of my appreciation ($) but he refused and said it was his pleasure to be of assistance. Was only informed car was ready for pickup 30 min prior to their closing! Barely made it in traffic. Would have appreciated a call sooner. If I had to wait til the next day to pick up the car I would have been charged another day for the rental car!!!!

I visited for an estimate and Jack took a look at my car and pulled it in for what I thought was going to be my estimate. He showed me where the coffee was and asked me to take a seat. Not more than 5 minutes later, he pulled my car back outside and said he was done. He repaired my car on the spot. My thanks to Jack and his service.
