I took my car in on a Monday morning, and they had it ready for me the following afternoon. They even buffed out some paint scratches unrelated to the accident at no extra charge. My car was washed and cleaned inside and out. I am very pleased with the results, and highly recommend this business

My insurance company was unwilling to work with my usual repair shop, so I was apprehensive about switching to an approved Allstate location. But they were wonderful. They tirelessly answered questions over the phone, were very candid about the process and what I was best off doing, quoted me exactly what I ended up paying, kept me informed on a daily basis and had the car finished before the expected completion date. They were patient, courteous, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. The repairs looked great and they even cleaned the interior of my van and laid down floor covers to keep the vehicle pristine. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for future work.
