By far the best service I've had at any auto shop for any thing that's been done. Dana did a great job and went above and beyond what most service representatives do to make sure that everything was ready ahead of time for me since I thought I would have been unable to pick my vehicle up on the original date it was supposed to be ready. I work for an insurance company just down the street and am going to start advising my clients with auto claims to use your shop.

I have been to Gerber Collision now three times. It is not something I am happy to admit, but they have made my visits with them more than comforting. They go above and beyond to answer all of my question without hesitation. If something is out of place or not to my standard, they fix it without questioning! I rarely get online to write reviews but i feel like they deserve some spotlight on their excellent customer service. Dana Breton has helped me all three times and never seems to amaze me. She is a star employee and I am glad she has been there for me all three times. Whenever I have a friend or family that needs a repair I don't hold back on telling them about Gerber Collision in Kennesaw, Ga. Best experiences you'll ever have.

This is my second car to be worked on at the Kennesaw location. I am very pleased with the outcome and with the customer service aspect. Dana did a great job of keeping me informed. I have only had one car accident in my lifespan of driving. I have never had any experience as amazing as the experience I have received at this facility. Dana went out of her way when she found out that I was having to take a bus for three hours since my car was in the shop. She went to her boss and helped me get a temp car. This kind of service speaks loudly with customer service. I am a nurse and deal with people all the time. I am always teaching new nurses about the importance of customer service. Its was great to see this level of customer service within the car repair. I have already told several people about the great service I have received at Gerber Collision and I will continue to tell anyone looking for trustworthy, and amazing service. I believe in word of mouth is worth its weight in gold. Dana did not have to go out of her ... way to help a person in need but she did and I cant thank her enough. I am now going online to go to any site to give reviews of this wonderful facility. I will never forget what they did for me. I do hope and pray I will not ever be in any car accident ever again but If anyone I know is ever in a car accident I will be there with a flag yelling go to Gerber Collision. I was Just moving here and this accident accrued.......Gerber pretty much setup everything I needed from the rental and much more. The office staff was very PROFESSIONAL!!! and friendly nice clean waiting area, Car was done on time and correct........Would I use them again or tell anyone about them .YES I WOULD:))

I just picked up my Lexus and I couldn't be happier! The car looks absolutely wonderful and it was ready when promised. If I need repairs in the future I will be sure to visit Gerber and ask specifically for Dana. She was extraordinary helpful and knowledgeable. All around it was a great experience.

Arranged a rental cat for my usage during the repair time. I am very pleased with the repaired and would highly recommend Gerber Collisions repair to all my friends.
