This was my first experience with Gerber Collision, and it was a GREAT one. They had my car fixed in the exact amount of time they said it would be done. All repairs were done to my satisfaction. Everyone is kind and courteous, and empathetic to the customers situation, and need for their vehicles. In the event that I need collision and/or glass repair, Gerber Collision will definitely be my first, and possibly, ONLY choice.

i had wounderful service. They keep in contact with me and let me know everything they were doing with my car from the repairs to the amount. Even when my car had to go back to the paint shop they called me right away to let me know. Dana was very nice and took care of everything. I was very happy with Gerber and will always come back here if I ever need to get my car fixed! Thank You!!

First let me say that I am very much attached to my car, an Infinity G35, and have maintained it in pristine condition. So to have it hit by a truck while it was parked on a dead end street with no other vehicles near was devastating to me. It had to be towed to Gerber Collision and I was sure that it would never be the same. Fortunately for me, my contact person was Dana Frachiseur. She was immediately kind, sympathetic, competent and knowledgeable in a way that was very reassuring to me. She was always pleasant (you could hear the smile in her voice) and kept me updated on a daily basis of what was being done and took the time to answer all of my questions. In fact, after I told Dana that my car’s name was Mia she always referred to her by name when she gave me the updates. Yes, I know that it seems ridiculous but it is the little ... things that mean the most and it is a sign of being aware of your customer’s needs, that is to say good customer service. I feel that Gerber Collision is lucky to have Dana and so was I. There is a happy ending to this story, as Mia is as good as new……just as Dana said she would be! read more

My estimator was Dana Frachiseyr, shw was excellent to work with. She kept me informed of everything and also got my car back to me much quicker than anticipated. I would definetly recommend Gerber. Dana also lloks very young and seems to be full of energy. She is very pleasant.

I was involved in a horrible auto accident. With all the medical, insurance and legal things I've had to deal with, time has been short to worry about anything else. Because I took my car to Gerber Kennesaw, I had one less item to worry about. They were AMAZING!!!! Dana updated me every Tues and Thurs , as promised, and even called in between if something should come up, like they weren't happy with the paint, so they were going to repaint it. The customer service of her and Brian made it feel like I was taking my car to my family's shop. They were professional yet super friendly and efficent. They were concerned about my special needs daughter and my saftey, so even after the insurance company wouldn't pay for a repair that happened in the accident, Dana asked the manager about it and they gave me a great discount to repair my window ... that was extremely dangerous. A large tree fell on my wifes car while our daughter had it in Kennesaw. They were both upset. LMI sent us to your location. I spooke to Keith and explained that I would prefer him to deal with me and leav my daughter out of any contact. He was very professional over the phone. Kept me up to date with ehat was going on and when I voiced concern about the alignment of the car he said he wasn't aware of any problem but would check and call me back. Which he did. Great peace of mind for myself and next time I'm down visiting my son I'm going to stop in and thank him in person.

The people at Gerber provided outstanding service. Keith Burns was the adjuster and Nan (I believe she was the receptionist) was great as well. They were both professional and very nice. I will be referring my daughter in law to come in as well (Robin Jacobs). If anyone I know needs collision or glass repair I will refer them to this location. Usually I do not enjoy going to auto repair shops, but here I felt comfortable and secure that I was not being taking advantage of.
