Well done, as usual. Chuck and Nan are always great to work with. This time I was assisted by Dana Breton who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was in and out in one day. This is my third time with Gerber at this location and it has always been good. I have always recommended Gerber to others because of the good service I have received there.

My car had front and rear damage from a wreck on I-75. I called Gerber on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday and they actually had it ready on Thursday of that same week. Walt, the service writer, noticed that there was some additional damage that the insurance inspector had missed and he recommended to the insurance company be repaired and they did, so it took a few more days, but I was very happy they took the extra step. I got my car back and it looked great. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional, knew what they were doing and treated me great and they turn out great work. Their pricing is competitive, their staff is professional and pleasant and they always keep me informed about the status of the repairs. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else.

"Dana and the rest of the crew were the very very best I have ever "run into". they worked fast, honest, and when a slight problem was encountered with the muffler they offered to give me a rental to fix it and did it promptly even staying late to make sure it was right. Good job!! 10 out of 10"

Service at Gerber Collision and Glass in Kennesaw was exceptional. Dana and Walt were both awesome to work with and always kept me inform on the progress of the collision repairs on my Chevy truck. They worked well with the insurance carrier to insure all the damage was covered. Additionally, any concerns I had with the repairs after it was finished were taken care of timely and with no hesitation. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a good and honest auto/truck collision repair facility.

By far the best service I've had at any auto shop for any thing that's been done. Dana did a great job and went above and beyond what most service representatives do to make sure that everything was ready ahead of time for me since I thought I would have been unable to pick my vehicle up on the original date it was supposed to be ready. I work for an insurance company just down the street and am going to start advising my clients with auto claims to use your shop.

I have been to Gerber Collision now three times. It is not something I am happy to admit, but they have made my visits with them more than comforting. They go above and beyond to answer all of my question without hesitation. If something is out of place or not to my standard, they fix it without questioning! I rarely get online to write reviews but i feel like they deserve some spotlight on their excellent customer service. Dana Breton has helped me all three times and never seems to amaze me. She is a star employee and I am glad she has been there for me all three times. Whenever I have a friend or family that needs a repair I don't hold back on telling them about Gerber Collision in Kennesaw, Ga. Best experiences you'll ever have.

This is my second car to be worked on at the Kennesaw location. I am very pleased with the outcome and with the customer service aspect. Dana did a great job of keeping me informed.
