I've had to use Gerber Collision's services twice in less than a month, and while I definitely hope I don't have to see them a third time anytime soon, it has nothing to do with their service! ?? Both times, I've been extremely grateful for how quickly they got my car in, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the repairs. Their communication, professionalism, and kindness have been outstanding. And I can't forget to mention their sweetest lobby greeter - the precious pup who makes every visit a little better! ???? Thank you, Gerber, for taking such great care of us and our car. I truly appreciate everything you've done. I just hope I don't have to see you again anytime soon! ??

Anthony, the store manager is amazing him along with his staff give A1 service A1 customer service and their work is great. I felt compelled to acknowledge how above and beyond this facility goes to ensure a pleasant outcome. He is trustworthy and honest and I wish all body shops had the integrity and professionalism that Anthony and his staff displayed. They really should be acknowledged. Thank you.

We had recent accident repair work to our Honda Accord which Gerber Kennesaw did a great job fixing. Because of the wonderful service we had received from Ashley, we brought the car in sometime later after noticing something had settled over the entire top of the car causing a rough texture on the painted surfaces and glass (not at all related to the prior work Gerber had done). Gerber expertly removed whatever had covered the car and restored the paint and glass to a beautiful smooth surface. Again, can't say enough what a great experience dealing with Ashley and Gerber has been. They've earned my trust and now have a faithful customer.

The service provided by this location was excellent. From the initial contact, Ashley made me feel comfortable by explaining in details the steps they will take to fix my car. It was also a great advantage that they had special rates with the local rental agency since my insurance did not pay for the rental saving me a few bucks. The communication was excellent, Ashley kept me in the loop of the progress on the repair, informed me when delays were happening and why via texts and phone calls. The information were detailed and accurate. The repairs were done within the time frame given to me. The payment (my deductible) was due upon the repair being completely finished. I had a great experience at the Gerber Collision in Kennesaw. They repaired my car in less time than I had expected and the quality of the repairs were excellent. Shea and other staff were very friendly and professional. They had great communication and let me know what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions.

Dropped car off on a Friday and had it fixed/returned the following Thursday, before the 3 day weekend. Ashley D. was a joy to work with, and the guys who fixed/painted my Miata did a great job. It looks like new! Gerber made it easy to drop off the rental at their shop and they worked with Enterprise to return it! Again, all Ashley to make us feel comfortable and trusting with Gerber.
