The staff here is amazing. My truck was damaged from hitting a deer. They work directly with Allstate and go to bat for the customer by sending Allstate pictures supporting all the repairs. They go above and behind to communicate with the customer. Emails are answered in minutes, texts are numerous with updates on the repairs and the repairs were done in a week! Anthony M. the General Manager communicated with me directly and Alexis W. was estimator was amazing! I'll recommend you to everyone!

Thank you Charles M for your "awesome care" of my wife's Ford Edge. We started this process off by dropping our car off on a Friday, April 12. We realized that my wife's purse was still in the car as we were packing to go to Oregon the next day. Since you were closed for the weekend, I was able to email Charles, who monitors customer comments. Charles called me early Saturday, April 13, met me at the shop in Kennesaw, and we were able to get my wife's purse. We caught our plane at 2:30pm, with no delay. While in Oregon, Alexis texted updates on the progress of the repair. We pick up our Ford Edge today, May 3, from Kennesaw. It looked like a new car both inside and out. Thank you for the "awesome care"!
