I dealt with a guy named Rishi.I found Rishi to be very professional and very knowledgeable and if i ever have the need for auto work to be done in the future,I would sure feel very comfortable dealing with him.As far as i am concerned he deserves an "A" rateing in my book.Thanks again for youre great service. Arizona - I had a door lock mechanism and windshield replaced on my Ford F250. Everything was done perfectly, delivered right on time. The people at Gerber were friendly, helpful and truly a pleasure. I will be a returning customer.

Illinois - Had a huge crack in my front windshield and needed it replaced. Was very easy to schedule a replacement appointment to come out to my place, and Mike came out and repaired it with ease. Took less than an hour to replace it, and Mike was very friendly and had lots of tips on how to keep my windshield looking brand new for longer. Now my windshield looks great and it was the easiest type of car repair I've ever had. Thanks on a great job Mike!

From the moment I entered through the doors of your Langley store and was greeted by GALE MANDLA I was treated with respect and dignity. It was the first time in over 50years I had to deal with a collision, and although very minor it was a trauma to me. He reassured me it was nothing to worry about and it could be handled the following day , which is today Aug 10 2011, and it was ,and a job well done Thank-you Boyd and thank-you Gale Mandla for a job well done I will certainly recommend Boyd as often as I can and also just tell all my friends the wonderful experience I received

My wife and I had the good fortune to speak to your man named Rishi today at the King George Highway (Surrey) location. We were looking for an estimate to repair the bumper on our car. He was honest enough to explain that we did not require the repairs we thought we would need. He also offered some alternatives to fix some minor scratches on the bumper. His estimate is for about $500 to re-re the bumper and paint. We were very impressed with the honesty and friendly attitude this man projected. We will have the bumper repaired by Boyd. A previous visit to Boyd (same location) was quite different. I actually did not want to return there today... Just thought you should know what a difference your estimaters attitude can make.

Illinois - The installer was professional, on time and thorough. The installer, Kevin, did a good job at cleaning up the broken glass and installing the new rear window. I am pleased with the service that Gerber gave me and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs glass replaced.
