Washington - Excellent, efficient work. Blake came out to the house and had both the front and rear glass installed and finished much faster than I had anticipated. If I ever need glass work again, I'll definitely be using Gerber.

Washington - I was at work and my car was at home where the windshield was going to be replace. My mother was going to stop by to let Gerber work on my car. The technician arrived before my mother, patiently waited for her, answered all of her questions, and according to her went above and beyond professional when working on my car. My car is important but my Mother is my heart....THANK you for being so accommodating, respectful and professional!!!

Illinois - They honored an estimate by Robert Woodcock from 10 months ago. I called Monday to order the parts for replacing the two side mirrors, they were in on Tuesday and they did the repair within twenty minutes. Very impressive, polite, professional service. I was very pleased.

Washington - JT called and gave a time of arrival. He was there on time. He explained what was done for the windshield and answered my questions directly. He was curteous and went right to work finishing in about 1 hours time. He gave good directions about driving after the installation. He cleaned the area where he worked and left no leftover material.
