Washington - I had the front windshield of my Ford Edge replaced recently by Gerber. When I called for a quote and called again regarding scheduling, Jasmine was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The installer that came to my home was prompt, professional, and did a great job. The price was better than most of the others I'd checked out. So, my experience with Gerber Mobile Glass Service was very good. I would recommend them.

Washington - We got great service from Phil Christianson. Phil was friendly and explained clearly the time and process of first getting estimate of the damage, relaying it to the insurance company, getting a rental car, and then fixing my car. I would highly recommend him to any one who needs their car fixed. Thank you Phil.

Superior Service I am a real estate representative with 2% REalty. Everyone knows how reliant sales reps are on their vehicle. It is their mobile office. I delivered my car late last night and they had to order parts. When I needed my car to go to an important client, they volunteered to call and pay for the cab. I was stunned that they would do this for me. Let us congratulate Derick and his crew for raising the standard of care!!!!! clap,clap,clap!! wow...beautiful job on my car...work looks awesome...the reason i am writing this is to say not only did they do a fantastic job on repairs but they went above and beyond expectations by detailing my car....gleeming clean and interior all vacuumed and smelling clean..thats why i will take all my insurance claims to your facility...thank you...a very satisfied customer

I am very pleased with the service i received. ICBC wanted to write-off my car, which was in excellent condition except for a dent in the driver's door. Another vehicle had turned into my car and the other driver was 100% at fault. Rishi from Boyd, went well beyond what he was required to do in order to have ICBC pay for the repairs so I could keep my car. He had the estimate for the repairs reduced a bit and then cleaned and took photos of my car, including the new tires I had just purchased, to show ICBC this was a car that was taken care of. As a result of this, ICBC agreed to pay to have the dent in the door repaired, instead of writing it off. Thank-you Richi and Boyd Autobody.

I had to have a little window in the back of my car replaced and icbc advised me to visit Boyd at 96/king george blvd location in Surrey, BC. I was assisted by Veronica and Mike. This is my first visit there and I was really impressed by the excellent service i received. I felt right at home. My son was entertained by VEronica and i i really appreciated that a lot, given the fact that kids tend to ask more questions when their mums are busy trying to deal with something! To top it all off i totally didn't expect that my car would be vacumed and washed when i returned, and it smelt so good in the interior. I would recommend Boyd to anyone and everyone. A very big thank you and bravo for the excellent service. Keep up the good work.

A small part of my door panel had broken off and looked like it was hanging and could possibly be pulled off so I went in to see how much the damage would cost and Jeff brought it into the shop and came back a few minutes later to tell me that he had fixed it at no cost. Just needed a little bonding glue. It saved me from having to replace the door. Thank you! I would wreck-ommend Boyd's anytime for anything. Great service and friendly people.

Illinois - I wanted to let you know about a great job that one of your employees did today. Unfortunately, my van was broken into while at Northwestern Hospital yesterday, but your staff made the repair process simple. Sam just left a little bit ago, and did a great job. I didn't tell him that I had any connection to Gerber in advance, but he was excellent. He called to let me know what time he would be there, and then even called to say he was ahead of schedule. It is great to be on the receiving end of those calls, so I could plan my day. Sam was polite, respectful, and a great representative for Gerber. I told him on the way out that I would let you know, and he just smiled and said thank you. Nevada - I had my broken window repaired after my car was broken into. It was replaced very quick and they did an amazing job cleaning out all of the broken glass. Kirk was amazing to work with and will be taking our car back soon to have the body work done. Great Job!!!

Illinois - I bought a used car with a cracked windshield and had Gerber replace it. Mike, my technician, was outstanding!! The moldings were missing so I had no idea what I would find under the old windshield. There was some rust, but Mike explained what that meant and gave me some options to fix it. He explained how the windshield seals to the frame, what I could do to aviod leakage, and even gave me some alternatives for the missing moldings. He went above and beyond simply replacing the windshield. I would definitely use Gerber again, refer my friends, and request Mike as the technician!

My brother crashed into my car and wanted to pay for it privately, so we went around looking for reasonable quotes. Your service representative not only gave us the most reasonable deal but upon examining and comparing the quote to others we realized that he was the only one who took the time to find the most economical parts and was as creative as possible with cutting our costs. I was so impressed with the effort he took when his competition was so busy trying to charge us as much as possible that I decided to get my windshield replaced as well at the same time. Rishi, our representative was also very personable which made our experience more enjoyable, we felt like we were visiting a friend. We will definitely be back for any other futur repairs.
