Washington - The technician arrived on site when scheduled, was very professional and did a first rate job repacing my glass. Insurance did not cover this and I thought the installed price was very fair. Thank you Gerber.

Illinois - Mike B came this morning and fixed the windshield on my pickup truck. Mike was a very on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and gave lots of useful info on my truck. I could not have had a better experience getting a windshield replaced. I am glad to know that my glass was done by Mike B. because I know it got done correctly. Most people dont want someone looking over there shoulder while they work. Mike B. didnt have an issue and even went to the extent to explain step for step what he was doing. Illinois - Casey displayed excellent customer service. He explained everything that was going on and called me when he promised to do so. Thus far, i am satisfied with the work done on my car. Arizona - My car had a bad installation from a year ago. Rusty asked that I allow Gerber to correct the problem and make things right. Gerber was awesome! Illinois - Jose R. JUST completed installing my new windshield. We set up for Gerber to be here between 8:00 am and noon and he arrived at 11:05 so withing the time Gerber set up. Jose was very professional and friendly as he worked on the car. I am impressed. If all of your employees are as friendly and fast as he was, you have a great team. Based on todays visit, I will be calling you for other work that my car needs, I was that impressed. Great job!

Illinois - This was not an Insurance paid repair, a personal repair. It was done at Gerber's, 801 N. State Street, Elgin, IL 60123. I dealt mostly with a Jennifer L. Mccollum who did a marvelous customer service job! She tried to keep the cost down, due to not having an insurance company handle it (it was paid by a young college girl who did the damage to my car) and I was kept informed as to the status in a timely manner. The work was excellent and was done in 4 days, which I thought was quite good. I would definitely use Gerber again and recommend them to friends.

Washington - I love Gerber Collisions so friendly and clean! I have used them before and after the first time i knew thats where i wanted my future car repairs to be at...Today My car was returned to me like when i first took it off the car lot when i first bought it.I didnt feel just like they were trying to get my money they took time to make sure i was happy and satisfied!I didnt feel feel just like a customer the receptionist knew who i was, also Jesse was great when we went outside to look at my car i didnt feel rushed they have so much patience!!! I LOVE GERBER COLLISIONS THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TOO.
